I needed a shoe for walking and came in a wide size as well. It also has a wide footbase for overpronating and this is it. I love this shoe and I love walking again in a comfortable shoe. I definitely will buy these again when and if I wear this pair out. Great choice for fit, comfort and walking

I’ve tried just about every walking shoe out there, and this is “the one” for me. Like many people, I’m carrying some extra weight, but still want to remain active. This shoe provides great support,keeps my foot in line with each stride - no rolling. The cushioning reduces stress on my feet and knees. Exercise is no longer a painful experience.

Great Walker in CALIFORNIA - This is a fabulous walking shoe which gives great support to ankle and feet. I do not feel the pavement when walking in these shoes. I love the Brooks Walker so much that I bought 2 pairs, one in white & black. Order at least 1/2 to 1 size larger for maximum wear.

I have arthritic toes, plus arthritis in the top of my feet, and decided to try the Brooks Addition Walkers. I am so pleased! I now am walking every day and feel so good. My next pair will once again be these shoes.

This order was for a close friend of mine who has problem feet and she told me they are the best shoes she has ever worn. I now have three pair for myself: one white, one black, and a back-up black. I want to get a pair for my husband but you don’t have his size and I keep checking. These shoes have it all; they look good, they are supportive in all the right places. We three have a myriad of problems; bunions, hammertoes, high instep, hip replacements needing maximum cushion, etc, and we ALL love these Guess Troubador Boots for Women’s. These are the best shoes I have ever worn.

This Troubador Shoe lets me walk again! I have a torn tendon and severe over pronation. My orthotics fit in the shoe comfortably. I can now walk for exercise. I have a pair of white and black and will order again. Zappos speedy delivery and easy return policy are the best!

Guess Troubador Women’s Boots has really saved me. I have been suffering from a torn tendon in my foot and I am an over-pronator, and have had a lot of pain and difficulty with walking. This shoe was recommended to me by my physical therapist and has helped me walk better and be much more pain free due to its excellent support and firm build. This will see me through until I can have my foot surgery. At first I had tried the version with Velcro, but this did not suit me as I have a very wide foot. The lace version has worked out very well. I am completely satisfied with this wonderful shoe.

Good high arch - Was looking for a shoe with a high arch, that I could wear without my orthotics. I have a pair of New Balance 925’s that are great, but they look so clunky. These fit the bill. High arch, good support…But if you are on your feet all day, and don’t mind the looks. New Balance 925’s are the most comfortable. I am on my feet all day as a teacher and also walk a lot. I’ve been looking for the right shoe for walking. With my size 10 narrow, I am excited to find a walking shoe that seems made for me! The true test will be this summer, when I step up my walking program.

This is a fitness shoe you can wear right out of the box. Absolutely no break in period. Although I felt the price high, the quality of the shoe justifies it. I tried many other brands, but Brooks won with the quality and fit I was looking for. I would definitely buy this brand again. Wish they came in a taupe. I have a really hard time gettng shoes that fit my width and my size. I can not believe I have finally found a place just wish I could try shoes on before I buy them. Love the brookes addiction walkers. Will definitely keep you in mind when I need new shoes.
