  1. Deep Says:

After plantar fasciitis - I tried these after striking out with many New Balance styles (which couldn’t cater to my D Width with a narrower heel). This was the one. Not a pretty shoe, for sure, but recovering from plantar fasciitis, I wanted this shoe’s stability and support. It’s really helped my recovery move along. It does run short; I took an 8 instead of my usual 7.5 (Nike sizing). But I don’t have loose heels like I found trying on Guess Jilianna Sport shoes.

  2. Woodland Says:

I had to have both my knees replaced, and needed a shoe that was comfortable, fit good, and kept my feet straight, so as not to mess up my “new knees.” The Brooks Addiction Walker was recommended by a doctor, and specialized shoe store. After years of other shoes, this one fits good, is very comfortable, and is easy on my “bad feet” - my knees don’t bother me at all. Great Jilianna Shoes and best fit I’ve had for years.

  3. Virginia Says:

Does the job - I was looking for comfort and support and not getting pain in toes with long term walking. So far, so good. Somewhere in researching shoes on the net, I read to order one-half size larger in walking/exercise Guess Jilianna shoe, to allow for mild foot swelling. So I ordered an 11 (B) instead of 10 or 10 1/2 (B)and am glad I did.

  4. Laura Says:

I have wide feet, so it is difficult for me to find shoes to fit. I had already tried another style and brand that was too narrow before finding these. Even so, I had to go a half-size longer than I need in order to have the shoe wide enough. These have good cushioning and good support. I use them on the treadmill. The shoe laces are not long enough.

  5. Florida Says:

Footsore - I don’t know why but this shoe hurts the top of my foot–all the bones leading to the toes. I’ve worn it for several months now and it hasn’t gotten better. It fits fine in the length and width. I don’t know what the problem is. It is a clunky looking shoe. I bought it as a black walking shoe for the city, but it is too big and bulky for anything but sport.

  6. San Diego Says:

Overall good for walking and being on my feet most of the day at work. I ordered these because many reviews stated good arch support. I found the cushioning in the insole to be great but my plantar fasciitis started to return and I needed my orthotics to correct that. The orthotics alone was too hard. I put the orthotics under the cushioned insoles and they are comfortable but a little tight.

  7. Alyre Says:

Marvelous - I would not have expected anything less. The “Brooks Walker” is a perfect fit making them very comfortable. And Zappos delivered in super time. Personally, 5 STARS across the board for the shoe and 10 STARS for Zappos!!!!!

  8. Candi Says:

Satisfied! I work retail and usually stand/walk for 8 hrs a day on hard floors. I have flat feet, bunions and an odd size (10.5). Today was the first day I wore them to work and for once my feet feel like I’ve been sitting all day!! Also my knees are pain free. Very impressed. No break in period with these Footwear.

  9. Janinky Says:

These shoes are the best fitting shoe I think I have had in a long time. I also wear shoe inserts, and these shoes by far are designed to where my shoe inserts do not feel like they are sitting “high” in the shoe. I also have had reconstructed surgery on a tendon and new shoes tend to hurt my feet somewhat until broken in. These shoes never did. I had ordered me some New Balance Shoes at the same time of these, (Same size/type (10.5 Wide) and those were not anything like these). The New Balance shoe was not true to size (larger) and the width was too wide even though I order Wide width. The New Balance shoe was also very large looking in the toe area. ZAPPOS IS ALSO THE BEST WEBSITE I HAVE EVER FOUND RE: CUSTOMER SERVICE. They actually called me to tell me there was a delay in shipping due to some type of problem scanning the order. HOW MANY COMPANIES WOULD DO THAT. I ordered the shoes, and in 2 days I had them. Returns are WONDERFUL.

  10. Sharon Says:

I had always worn running-cross trainer shoes but decided to try a pair of walking shoes. I walk my dogs 2 hours a day and LOVE these shoes. Plus they come in wide widths so I can actually get the exact size I need instead of getting a larger shoe to accommodate my wide toe box. Guess Jilianna Shoes, sport style. Stiff at first but after 2 walks they were very supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend.

  11. Mary, Virginia Says:

Overall, the shoe is fine. I have plantar fasciitis and was looking for something as comfortable as my Aertrex–these were not quite as good. The heel was not as comfortable–not bad but not as good as my other shoes. As far as looks, I’m not impressed with the looks of any shoe I should be wearing for my heel. I’d love to be able to wear my Birkies but that will have to wait.

  12. Thorntown Says:

This is one great shoe! Having nerve damage in the bottom of my feet due to 30+ years of diabetes and working many years on my feet for 8 to 12 hours a day, my feet have suffered a great deal. I have bought so many pairs of shoes trying to find one that keeps my feet from hurting and just end up giving them away. I had never heard of this brand before and after reading all of the reviews I decided to give them a try. They are the most comfortable shoe that I have ever tried to work in. I wore them around the house when they first arrived and was impressed, but when I wore them to work I was amazed. My feet did not bother me or hurt at all the entire night or even when I got home. This is one great shoe!

  13. Tennessee Says:

I ordered these because other reviews stated they are good shoes for someone with a neuroma, but although when I tried them on, they felt good at first, after going to a store and walking for a while, my feet did hurt and I had to take shoes off in the store for a moment. I ordered wide, and have very normal size feet, but felt still felt that the toe box was too narrow for my problem.
