Comfortable stylish walker - This shoe is very comfortable and I walk about 3 miles a day at work on hard floors. I feel less tired when I get home. I can wear it casually or with a shirt and tie at work. Roger - Bought this style and very satisfied. Shoes arrived in two days. At first, I was skeptical about the fit but after a couple of hours I didn’t ven know that I had them on. I usually buy Clark’s but these are less expensive and just as comfortable. This is my third pair of shoes from Zappos and very satified with service and quality. Just wish some of the shoes were made in the U.S.
My husband love this brand and is the only one he will buy. Your service is the very best, selections and price the free shipping add value and the no hazzel returned policy is great. Your customer service is excellent. Would like to get sales email reminders. Thank you. I have ordered the Rockport RWT Classic for my husband 2 times. He loves these shoes. He said that they fit and wear very good and is very comfortable. They last a long time to. He can wear a pair for about 2 years.
My latest acquisition from Zappo’s is precisely what I wanted. I found a need for a wider shoe (EW/WW) - the selection at Zappo’s was very good - the shoe fits well and is very comfortable. My only comment is that it could have slightly more cushioning in the shoe liner.
After my great shopping experiences with Zappo, I thought maybe I should look for my husband’s shoes. He has very hard to fit feet, narrow and flat footed. He loves Rockports and had a very specific model in mind. In the past he had ordered from a different company and the Rockports he got were not quite right. I told him if he was unhappy he could send the shoes back without any problem so he was willing to try again. Well, he loved them! The Rockport RWT Classic are perfect for his feet, no returns here.
This has been my fifth pair of Rockport World Tour Classics. I just love these shoes. They feel great right out of the box. The only problem I have is with finding replacement laces. Usually the laces wear out before the shoes.
Black rockports, great shoes - I purchased a pair of Rockports three years ago in my home town, then the store, a year later, went out of business. Since this is the most comfortable shoe I have found, and I wanted a pair of black shoes, I searched online and found Zappos. I’m completely satisfied with these shoes and Zappo’s service. I didn’t think it was possible to successfully buy a pair of shoes online, but now I’m a customer!
I just purchased my third pair of Rockport RWT Classc’s. This is the most comfortable casual-walking shoe I’ve ever worn! Purchasing my third pair online was not a problem for since IM already a repeat customer with Rockport RWT’S… The only problem I had was choosing which color to buy. All I can add to those that complained about the fit…next time try your next shoe purchase on at your favorite retail store first… then buy them online for less! Sizes can differ from every shoe maker. I trust only the quality shoe makers only for comfort, size and fit. Rockport RWT…I will be back for more !!
I ordered the shoes at 11:00 pm on Thursday. On Friday afternoon, the shoes were on my feet! The shoes are extremely comfortable - my first pair of Rockports, but I love them. I had purchased another style of shoes from Zappos which didn’t fit right. I returned them with no cost and no hassle - a lot better than trying to return shoes at the mall. I’ll definitely buy more Rockports and will also continue to buy my shoes from Zappos.
My Dad Has Narrow Feet - Bought these shoes for my Dad and he loved them. He saw them in a sale flyer, but Zappos had them at a better price and since I know how easy this company is to deal with, it was a done deal. My Dad really likes these shoes and loved the price.
