   I read comments from other readers and based on the comments from several other customers I placed my order. I find these shoes great - comfortable walking shoes for a person with a wide foot and supporting ‘extra’ weight I work 12 Hr. shifts and I find these shoes give great support and comfort. The toe box is very roomy and the soles have just the right amount of “bounce” when you walk. I am so glad I found this brand of shoe on your web site. This is my 2nd pair and I will keep buying them as I need them.

   Very satisfied - This Brooks walking shoe feels great on my feet and accomodates my orthodics. I have a very narrow heel and many times I slip right out of shoes, but this shoe is a good fit. I wear a 10.5 N normally, but needed an 11 N in this Guess Faila Boots for Women’s. Zappos is the greatest for finding my size and for service!

   Most Comfortable Faila Boot - I purchased a pair of these shoes in white a month ago in Florida while visiting my son. I loved them so much that I ordered another pair from you in black. Is it possible to order them in brown? (I know they come in gray, but I can’t use that color). They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and I highly recommend them to anyone.

   My feet have been suffering from being crammed into bad-fitting shoes for years. It finally caught up with me so all shoes hurt until I ordered these shoes from Zappos. I read all the reviews and was impressed with many people saying they’ve had the same problems as me. I decided to give these shoes a try. Happily they’ve lived up to all the praises. They have a deep toe box to make room for my big toe joint. They are wide enough across the toes and narrow in the heel. They have great support and are just PERFECT! Now that I’ve found the ideal walking shoe, I hope that Brooks never stops making them.

   Pleased as can be!! I’m very pleased with this shoe for its comfort. It doesn’t feel like new shoes, but one that’s already broken in. My doctor recommended Guess Faila Boots because of my foot problems. I purchased my first pair 3 years ago, and wasn’t able to find another like it in all of Honolulu. I’m so glad I found you on-line and was able to get a replacement pair or two as I did.

   I developed severe arthritis in my feet, and needed to have custom orthotics. The specialist said I needed very specific types of shoes to wear with the orhtotics. These passed his review, and I am on my third pair. Not beautiful, but let me walk when before I limped.

   former P.W. Mionor shoe wearer - I love these shoes. After wearing P.W. Mionor shoes for 5 yrs. I thought they were the best for my foot problems. I have bunions, heel spurs, hammer toes, arthritis, pronation, knee and hip and back pain from arthritis. So far the brooks felt very comfortable from the very first. I find I have a better fit with thinner sox. My toes have more room. But my custom orthotic fits well and the shoe gives good support. Only complaint is they are a little ugly. Beyond helpful! I cannot believe this company. People asked me wasn’t I afraid to order “off the internet, and shoes??? Zappos.com all but scrubbed my floors for me. As I told everyone at the UPS store. Hooked up another 4 people there. Beyond wonderful!

   So Comfortable - About 5 years ago, I started have problems with my legs and feet after a good run. My pediatrist suggest Brooks running shoes and I’ve been hooked ever since. I am now a postal clerk in a large distribution center and stand on my feet for more than 8 hrs each night, my feet do not hurt from these shoes at all. The shoe is quite ugly, but I just work in them. If you have fallen arches or heel spurs

   Thank God it’s wide enough, and has great support - I am a big women, with high arches and insteps, working 12 hour shifts on concrete floors. Thank God for Zappos. They turned shoe shopping into fun (something I have never experienced before)These shoes are great, lots of room in the toe box, good cushion and lots of arch support. I bought them in black, and plan to make them my “flea market, and antique-ing shoes. No more pain - I was suffering from pain up the back of my leg. I had been taking anti inflamatory medication for about two years. I purchased these shoes and in two days my pain disapeared. It seems the problem was pronation and the shoes cured it. I can not say enough about Brooks shoes, I have been telling everyone! Best Walking Shoe for heavy set women - I started wearing Brooks Walking/running shoe because it had the best support on the market. I finally broke down and bought my second pair of white leather shoe. The new pair are as comfortable as the very first pair I have owned.

    I purchased these shoes for work as I am on my feet for 6- 8 hours. Shoes run wider and longer which causes my foot to shift in shoe. Also after awhile there was a burning sensation on pad of foot. The next pair, I will try a smaller size in hopes the fit will be better and give me the comfort I need.
