The Doctor was right! After getting advice from a foot Doctor I decided to order a pair of these. The day they came in and I put them on the difference was felt immediately all the way up my legs and back. I’ve had many, many pairs of shoes and this shoe is all I’ll be wearing even if they are not dressy enough. I now have my second pair to alternate and have packed up one big box of my old shoes for Good Will and working on my second. Look No Furthur! Have owned 100″s of pairs of shoes in my 67 years but have had none like the RWT Classic! It wears longer than any shoe, feels and fits better than any shoe, and looks good too! Thanks Zappos for keeping the Sand NuBuck in stock! Great shoe for comfort and looks! Rockport is the best shoe for comfort and support that you can rely on. Our feet deserve only the best. Because of the great support this shoe has, my husband feels secure and stable when walking. He usually takes a size 10 1/2 but because the extra width was availabe, a size 10 EE was perfect for him. Thank you Zappos for considering the extra wide foot fans!
Great hard to get my size shoes - I have a huge foot! 14 wide no one carries this shoe in my size but zappos! Great shopping experience! the onlt thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been to have more than one pair in stock!
7 Out of 10 Pairs of My Shoes Are Rockport! Rockport is one of the very few shoe brands I have found in the last 12 years that I can confortably wear. Because several foot problems, I have had a difficult time finding a shoe brand that is comfortable for 12-14 hours per day. Rockport’s different types and styles make up most of my shoe wardrobe.
Perfection - My friend couldn’t be happier with the new shoes. No breaking in at all, and I expect he’ll want another pair in a different color because they’re so perfect! Everyone should have a pair! MD
Very comfortable shoe. Like wearing gym shoes. Thw only negative comment I have is the your feet can get hot and sweaty on warm summer days. Overall, one of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. World Tour - Well-made shoes BUT, the tongue is long and stiff on the tumbled leather ones. I put two clothes pins on the tongue with a 1/2″ fold back at night and wear them with the top lace eyes unlaced for more all day comfort. Because of this I am dissatisfied with this shoe. I had bought two pairs and found that the Nubuck ones have a softer tongue and are not as uncomfortable. I will choose a different style next time. Rockports seem to be well made. I do use orthodic insoles. Order the next larger size - This is a great shoe for those who walk to work. It is comfortable, has good support, and is long-wearing. But it is stylish and is appropriate for the office, without looking like a “walking shoe”. The width fit was a bit snug; order the next larger width.
Rockport Fan - I think I’m addicted to Rockport! I’ve never bought shoes before that you could buy, put on and immediately feel comfortable. And, I have notoriously difficult feet to fit. I’m on just my fourth pair of Rockports having bought my first pair 2 years ago. Great shoes! My Husband is Amazed!!! My husband has seen me in my “Grampa Shoes”, as I so lovingly call them for several years now–only a few days ago received a pair of his very own! I also received a new pair for myself. HE IS IN HEAVEN!!! He can’t believe how super feather-like they feel on his feet…and hasn’t taken them off….Well, maybe to shower!!! He has an extraordinarily narrow foot and finds these to be true to size in NARROW. I LOVE ZAPPOS AND WILL BE A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND YEARS TO COME!!! I tell everyone who will listen to use your services!! Thanks again, Faithful in California. Excellent as always - Excellent! I used these nhoes from 1996 to 1999 while living in California and they were super. I used them to work, for hiking on the mountains, for partying, and they were always perfect and comfortable. This new pair I bought is of a different color, but the overall result is the same.
