   Fit in size and width were true. Comfort and style were the upmost of importance. Not the “normal” smooth leather outside but, rather a tight brushed leather that fit great and can be worn dressed up or down This shoe caught my eye from the very first time I saw it. I like the color, the fit, and the look. It looks great with a pair of jeans or casual dress pants. It feels great to put it on and my feet will probably appreciate it too. Thanks for making a great shoe and a great looking shoe Too good to last. I have a difficult time finding shoes in 6W, so I end up searching for shoes online. Rockports are a good value and the fit is perfect. I was saddened to find out that Rockport have decided to discontinue my size. Thanks to Zappos for carrying my size and the speedy (less than 20 hours) delivery, wow!

   I tried to get these at a local department store, but they do not stock them anymore. When I find a shoe that accommodates my wide feet comfortably, I tend to want to buy the same shoe again. Zappos was the only place I could find them. This is a great shoe. I drive for UPS and needed a good, comfortable, sturdy shoe that would look good with my uniform. These look good with uniform shorts as well. I also wear them with casual and casual dress. They are everything said in other reviews. They are very comfortable right out of the box. Good mid-foot support and lots of cushioning in forefoot and heel. They seem to run about 1/2 size big to me, but I am totally satisfied. Zappos had the shoes at my door Tuesday after ordering them Saturday. Zappos is the place to buy shoes. Also, I like the idea of being able to read what others said about the shoe it helps to choose what�s right for you.

   Resting your foot on a pillow. I don’t have the time to break in a pair of shoes. Working for UPS, I need to put them on and perform my job for 8, 10, or 12 hours without hesitation and I don�t have the luxury of removing them and letting my feet rest. I have to make my feet feel like they are being pampered and these shoes do it to perfection.Rockport RWT - I have fat feet, 3EEE and I like Rockport. So, I looked around locally and found nothing in my size. I fled to the internet where I discovered ZAPPOS. First time customer! Wow! FREE upgrade to next day delivery. Not fake, the real shoe in the original mint state box. Nicely packed. Honest market value price. Honest, I’m not an employee! As we now say in California, I’ll Be Back.

   I ordered from you several times before and always very pleased with my service, shoes etc. I mentioned to my husband about your service and he thought he would give it a try. He was amazed at the quality of service you provide. Also you have the sizes and color that we wanted. I think that there was just one time, out of many, that the size was not available but you informed me when it was and I appreciated that. I have given your website to my family and friends. Comfort - This shoe was a good fit, even for the large size I ordered. Service was fast, and shipping was free with the promotion. These Rockports are comfortable, even after four hours of standing and walking. One of the Best - If you work on hard floors and stay on your feet all day, this is the shoe for you. I have tried to find a cheaper shoe that will work like these do and the result is always the same. My feet insist that I spend the money. These are the best! This is my 2nd pair and this shoe outlasts every other brand I’ve had. I’m not tough on shoes, but the soles wear down or the inside liner deteriorates. Not these, they just got old. I can’t wear them out and they just get more comfortable, but I leave them out every night so they do get a little weathered.

   I have been wearing the Rockport RWT for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. The shoe is very comfortable and good looking. I have a heel spur and after wearing the shoe every day all day long I have experienced no problems or pain. I was a little concerned upon receiving the shoe that it might not have enough of an arch support, but it has not been a problem.

   The Best All Around Shoe! My husband loves this shoe because it has major cushioning, looks great, and always is true to size. I even ordered another brand shoe that cost more with the assumption it would be better. It was so heavy my husband refused to wear it. This shoe is great for people who are on their feet a lot.

   Great Shoe, Very comfortable and stylish. I am a first time customer to Zappos. Even though I selected standard shipping on my order, they over-nighted my order. I was pleasantly surprised to see my shoes the next day. Great site and easy to navigate with lots of choices.

   My job requires that I be on my feet for up to 12 hours a day. This shoe makes it seem a breeze. They are virtually indestructible. You won’t believe the mileage you will get. They lasted me a year and would probably last longer if I took better care of them. This is the only shoe I’ve worn to work for the last 5 years. They are lightweight and the style is casually elegant suitable for dressing up or down.
