Finally!!! After 3 months of trying to find shoes that fit the criteria my podiatrist gave me - I’ve found it. These are truly motion control, stability shoes. They may not look outstandingly noticeable, but I think they are good-looking. I’m happy and I definitely would order from Zappos again. Super, super-fast shipping.

I bought this shoe to walk in, as a friend and I walk several miles a day for exercise. However, I find them wonderful for wearing all day every day. As a teacher, I’m on my feet for at least 7 hours a day, and with these shoes, my feet never hurt. Guess Axl Sport Shoes I bought the wide, and the heel fits well, which is unusual.

Not quite like the old model Addiction Walker - This shoe doesn’t seem to be made quite as well as the older style was, although it seems wider through the front end and is a softer material. I don’t notice the motion control being quite as good as the old style and I don’t think it will hold up as well due to my needing to wear shoes often while doing barn chores. Boots aren’t as easy on my heels, due to plantar fasciitis, so I wear shoes whenever possible. But, not a bad shoe although I would stick with the older style if I had the choice, and can locate it. Guess AXL Shoes for Mens Sport I like the look of this newer model better than the older style though. If you aren’t going to be on wet ground, I would recommend this one but maybe don’t expect it to last as long.

This shoe came highly recommended by my foot doctor while I was having much trouble with Plantar Fasciitis…it’s got a “last” that doesn’t wiggle much, and therefore keeps the foot in place to help it get better…my orthodic fits perfectly in it as well…no twists…

They’re great! I have problem feet: bunions, some numbness in big toes (probably due to diabetes), wear arch supports, substitute my own special insole and have one heel lift. I have plenty of room for all these “helpers” in my Brooks’ Addiction Walker. My feet feel stable in them, yet my toes have plenty of wiggle room. It takes a lot of walking in them to make my feet feel tired.

Very Convenient Experience. I have very difficult feet to fit. They are extremely short and wide in the front and narrow in the back. I also have bunions on the big toes and little toes of both feet. I had previously found this product in a store. Not too many stores carry this product! It is a big chore for me to go shopping for shoes. I work full time and don’t have a lot of time or energy for this endeavor as it is very difficult for me to find anything that even fits my feet comfortably. I am so glad to have found ZAPPOS. AXL Footwear, Guess Sport This was an extremely positive experience for me. I knew the size that I wanted before ordering and I was very pleased since the Brooks Addiction Walker have arrived. I will plan to order again from ZAPPOS in the future! Companies like this are a lifesaver for people who have a difficult time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable.

I think this is a good shoe for comfort and is true to size. My doctor recomended New Balance with a rollbar but I don’t feel they compare to the way these shoes felt the first time I put them on. I will see how they hold up when I wear them at work I am on my feet 9-10 hrs on concrete floors.

Very satisfied - I must admit I was apprehensive about buying a walking shoe. Formerly an avid runner, I had to cut back to walking after gaining considerable weight with the birth of my daughter. Fortunately, I have found this shoe to be incredibly comfortable and supportive of my flat feet…I also recognize that I underestimated the benefits of walking! I have worked out in them 5x/week for 2 months and have not had any issues with easy scuffing or the detachment of the sole as mentioned in other reviews. Time will tell. So far I am quite pleased with the purchase.

My physical therapist recommended a better shoe than what I’d been wearing. I thought I had the best until I went shopping and found this one. There is no comparison. I put my old ones on (they had been worn for all of a week) to polish my Brookes and wore them for a couple of hours. Could hardly wait to get back to my Brookes. This is the most comfortable shoe I have every worn. I didn’t have to break them in. They were comfortable from the start. I wear a wide shoe and the width was perfect. No squeezing and no sloppiness. The cost is quite a lot more than I am used to paying. I wear EE and it was true to the width. Very comfortable. The only thing i wished it had was a Thicker sole . I stand all day and walk also. I don’t know if it will hold up. Well made shoe!

Take a Chance… This is my first time using this particular shoe. I had no difficulty breaking it in. I would have preferred a bit more of a lower cut in the back opening of the shoe as it hits my ankles, but has not caused any discomfort. I would not hesitate to order it again.

Sorry. This shoe is a “no-go” The heel doesn’t come up high enough on the back of my foot. This resulted in rubbing and soreness almost immediately. I really hated the noise these shoes made when walking, even on carpeting. They sounded as if they were made of cheap vinyl and not good quality leather. I also was looking for a shoe that would keep my feet from rolling inwards due to my flat feet. I’ve recently had knee surgery and need good support. Again, a disappointment. I liked the looks of these shoes in black because I need them for work. I stand/walk all day on concrete floors. These were not the shoes for me. Zappos, of course, was great. 2 day delivery! I am putting in an order for another brand.

Walking in instant comfort - These shoes are great. The comfort level, the look, and the feel. From the first moment I put them on, they felt wonderful and I felt no pain from any area of my foot and that’s a major victory for me, due to having a wide foot and lots of foot issues.
